Top Gold Medal at the Royal Adelaide Show 2011 Chocolate Showpiece - Easter Fantasy
Royal Adelaide Show 2011 champion chocolate, most successfull exhibitor with 15 Gold medals, well done Sarah and Megan.
Hunter Valley Callebaut Chocolate Competition
Megan won a Gold medal (top 4) for her multi layered gateaux. This was a great achievement as the competition was very high including patisserie chefs from around Australia. The judges included Masterchef Adriano Zumbo.
Sarah was awarded second prize for her chocolate showpiece which was out of a field of over 20 entries from all over Australia.

They had a fantastic result at this years Royal Show were awarded 15 gold medals and 16 silver! Plus they won all 3 top honour trophies:
- Most Successful Exhibitor
- Champion Chocolate
- Best Product From an Emerging Chocolate Manufacturer
To add to these successes they were awarded a Gold medal for Bracegirdle's Indulgence Bar 3 silver medals and 7 bronze medals for Bracegirdle's individual truffles and gift boxes at this year's Royal Melbourne Show.
Bracegirdle' has the SA Barista Champion for the last 2 year. Winner and runner up SA Latte Art champion this year and 5th in the World Latte Art.
